Campus Dining CSUDH (Foundation) Why I unfortunately can't sue them

You are probably wondering: If they did this to you why can't you just sue them?


The problem is that when you begin to work with them you have to sign paperwork/contracts.

One of those contracts is that you can't take them to court (before a jury)


That is why I didn't legal action against them
